Pahleinuv Lovaas - The Cosmic Song

1955 0 1

Before all, before the emergence of Man, before the Dawn of the Elves, before the Birth of the Dov and their Kin, before time itself…

There was only the Primordial Absence, creation before birth, death before life, annihilation before existence, everything that was, that is and that will ever be; yet simultaneously absolute nothingness, everything that never was, that is not and that never will be.

In the darkness a flickering ember, in the heart of the Primordial Absence a spark is born, from darkness, light; from annihilation, creation; from death, life; from infinite stillness, energy. A soul in the void, consciousness manifested from the Primordial. Thus was born, Bormahuthtiid, The One, Akatosh, the All Father, the creator, Father of the Dov, Father of Time, Father of Order.

Ethereal light in the darkness, no form or mass, a confluence of thought and light, a structure of order. Both a mirror and the anti-thesis to the primal chaos of nothingness that is the Primordial Absence. As time itself had not yet been birthed, no sense could of come of trying to understand how long he may have laid there, asleep. He rested and slept like a new born babe, gently rocked by the ebb and flow of primal energy. In his slumber amidst the motherly womb of the void, he dreamed of the wonders that could be wrought from the infinite potential of the Primordial Absence.

Once he awoke, more countless infinities passed as he gazed in amazement of the wonders he could observe in the Primordial Absence, enchanted by the miraculous view of the incalculable potential gems, treasures and legends yet to be born. The dreams he had seen in his sleep were potential reality at the edge of his grasp.

As he daydreamed of things yet to be wrought, babes yet to be born and flowers yet to wither and wilt, Bormahuthtiid unknowingly gave voice to his thoughts and sung out to the Primordial. ''Tahrovin-Al-Kul'' echoed his voice through nothingness; he was surprised at the sound of his own voice, of his Thu'um, of the power in his song.

From the echo of his Lovaas Thu'um in the Primordial, Tahrovinalkul was born: The First Dragon, Chaos Father, world eater, soul devourer, Alduin, First Born of Bormahuthtiid. Emerging of the ethereal emptiness of the Primordial Absence, shaped and wrong by the All Father's Thu'um, Tahrovinalkul appeared in the form of a gargantuan Black Chaos Eldwyrm, a terrible wyvern covered in armor of bone and scale.

Tahrovinalkul came before his progenitor and bowed in respect and devotion. As he bowed his head and wings before Bormahuthtiid, the dragon raised his voice in song as if to asnwer the All Father: ''Bormah-Uth-Tiid''. As he sang his father's name, his voice gave form and mass to the All Father and the First Soul incarnated itslef in front of his son as a great Golden Time Eldyrm, the Worldwyrm.

Rejoicing at his new form and new company, the Worldwyrm began to sing anew, Tahrovinalkul joining him in song. From their divine music, two new Eldwyrms are born. First comes Kovolzahtrunnil, Void Father, ruler of the void between stars. He is gravity, the void between the stars, the fundament of space, he is the mysterious canvas upon which the night sky is drawn, the mind-melting abyss of a black hole, absolute negation of energy.

After the Void Father joins his Thu'um to the Cosmic Song for the last verse, Filglimrellok, the Sky Father appears. A Radiant Astral Eldwyrm, Father of Stars, he is the star light to his brothers darkness, the pure radiant energy that fuels the heart of stars, the constellations and shimmer of the night sky, the celestial bodies of the cosmos, the artful panorama of a starlit sky resting upon the Void Father's canvas.

The first part of the symphony is complete, the Cosmic Song's last note has rung and the Cosmic Eldwyrms have been born, thus ends the Pahleinuv Lovaas.
